Candidates Privacy Policy

Pursuant to and in accordance with Article 13 of EU Regulation No. 2016/679 (hereafter “GDPR”) concerning the protection of individuals and other subjects regarding the processing of personal data, CX Centax S.r.l. informs you about the methods and purposes of processing your personal data.

The Data Controller is CX Centax S.r.l. (Tax Code and VAT No. 02294000167) with registered office in Bergamo (BG), via Pignolo 8 (hereafter “CX Centax” or the “Data Controller”). The updated list of data processors and authorized persons for processing is kept at the Data Controller’s registered office.

The processing of your personal data, provided by you to CX Centax, will be carried out for the purpose of evaluating your candidacy for a possible employment or collaboration relationship with the Data Controller.

On the occasion of such processing, the Data Controller, any designated Data Processors and authorized persons may become aware of special categories of personal data (Article 9 GDPR).

Processing will be carried out using manual and/or automated systems capable of storing, managing and transmitting the data themselves, with logics strictly related to the aforementioned purposes, on the basis of the data you have provided. Automated decision-making processes relating to individuals are not envisaged. Processing will be carried out with and/or without the aid of electronic tools exclusively by personnel expressly authorized by the Data Controller.

For purposes related to the maintenance of the company’s electronic tools, used for processing, your data may be processed by any third parties in their capacity as external Data Processors. Your data may be communicated following inspections or audits (if requested), to all inspection bodies responsible for verifying and controlling the regularity of compliance with legal obligations.

The scope of any communication of data will be national, and there is no possibility of disseminating the data itself to unspecified subjects within the EU;

Your personal data will be stored from the date of receipt/update for a maximum period of 24 months for the management of the application (unless otherwise provided by law that provides for longer periods) after which they will be deleted or anonymized. If an employment relationship is established with you, your personal data will be stored, from the date of receipt, for the period indicated in the information provided to you prior to the establishment of said relationship.

In the event of your refusal to provide the data necessary for the evaluation of your candidacy, it will be impossible to correctly evaluate the same.

As a data subject, you may exercise the rights under Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 20, 21 of the GDPR, in particular:

  • to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning you, even if not yet registered, and their communication in intelligible form;
  • to obtain the indication: a) of the origin of personal data; b) of the purposes and methods of processing; c) of the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic tools; d) of the identification details of the controller and processors, of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of them as data processors or persons in charge;
  • to obtain: a) the updating, rectification or, if necessary, the integration of the data; b) the deletion, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those which do not need to be kept in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; c) the attestation that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, even as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case where such fulfillment proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right;
  • to object, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning you, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection. The Data Controller will inform any third parties to whom the data have been communicated of the exercise of the right of opposition by you.

For the processing referred to in this information, the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it) is also recognized.
